I loooooove fruit and one of my fave fruits is …Apples, so when I find dope ways to integrate apples into my healthy eating I get really excited. Extra points in the recipe is simple and quick. Since I am in the Big Apple for the weekend, I thought it would be great to share this delicious recipe.
Breakfast or an Awesome Snack is served:
Ingredients: 5 almonds, small red apple, a banana, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, milk, sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions: Blend and enjoy.
