I am constantly looking for fresh and yummy eating options that are as good for my body as they taste. We all know that there are some things that taste amazing and reek havoc on our systems.
These yummy Lemonade Cucumber Spa pops will:
-Detox you and boost your metabolism.
You need 2 lemons, 2 cucumbers, a handful of FRESH mint, 3-4 tablespoons agave nectar/honey, fingerling of ginger (optional) and 64oz water.
Overnight, infuse your Lemonade water with 2 sliced lemons, a peeled and chopped fingerling of ginger, a chopped handful of mint.
Next day slice and lightly blend your cucumbers, and mix in with infused water(without sliced pieces) and natural sweetener to taste. Pour in mold and allow to set throughout the day or over night….enjoy.
Will make 6-10 pops depending on mold size 🙂
